The 11th Asian World Film Festival celebrates the brilliance and diversity of Asian cinema. As the official visual design partner, our goal was to capture the evolving spirit of the industry; a bold, fluid narrative that surfaces through radiant textures.The design is anchored by the Snow Leopard, the festival’s enduring emblem. It emerges through layers of light and texture, representing the resilience and grace of Asian storytelling.
Design Language & Concept Pillars
Fluid Blue Forms
Inspired by the sea and sky, these forms represent a "sky’s the limit" philosophy, symbolizing the boundless imagination and limitless stories of Asian cinema.
Vibrant Yellow Typography
Adds a spark of energy and optimism, illuminating the idea of progress and creative fusion.Atmospheric DepthUtilizing transparency and light-play to create a visual experience as immersive as the cinema itself.
Symbolic Resilience
The Snow Leopard is more than a mascot; it is a symbol of the powerful voices being showcased. By blending abstract textures with the leopard’s form, we highlighted the balance between traditional heritage and modern innovation.




From Screen to Street
To truly honor the films, the visual identity needed to live beyond the screen. Large-scale installations and window displays across the city created a professional, immersive atmosphere that greeted filmmakers and fans alike.
Focus On Series
The "Focus On" series highlights specific regions including Cambodia, Korea, Taiwan, and Kyrgyzstan. This gives each place its own spotlight while maintaining a cohesive festival aesthetic.
Brand in Motion
The visual identity extends into a high-impact physical experience. By weaving the fluid blue forms and the snow leopard emblem into the merchandise and large-scale banners we created a cohesive brand world. The vibrant yellow typography serves as a structural anchor ensuring the festival's message remains bold and legible across every touchpoint from street-side displays to tote bags.

The visual identity provided a cohesive backdrop for the festival’s guests and honorees. Framing notable industry figures, including Lucy Liu, Lee Byung-hun, and Sean Baker, as they gathered to celebrate the power of Asian storytelling.
